Oregon does not currently have a viable SREC market as it does not have a solar carve out for its Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS).

20MW of capacity for systems sized 500kW to 5MW by 2020.
No limit, Unbundled certificates may not be used to meet more than 50% of the requirements of the large utility RPS for each compliance year up till 2020, and 20% thereafter.
$50 per mWh. PUC will establish the rate for each investor-owned utility and electricity supplier by October 1 of each even numbered year for the next even numbered year and the following odd year.
